Ramp is a spend management platform that brings corporate cards, expense management, accounts payable, travel booking, procurement and accounting automation into one system. It is built for mid-market and enterprise finance teams, and the company counts businesses such as Notion, Shopify, Webflow, Eventbrite and Quora among its customers.
The platform issues unlimited physical and virtual cards with preset spending limits, automatically captures receipts and codes expenses with AI, and processes vendor invoices with three-way matching. Travel bookings are checked against policy at the time of booking, procurement requests move through parallel approval chains, and transactions sync to accounting systems including QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage Intacct, Workday and Oracle. Ramp states that customer implementations typically take thirty days or less, with accounting-system connections completed in about five minutes, and that automated review now covers all expense reports rather than a sample.
Ramp's core plan, covering cards, expenses, accounts payable, travel and basic integrations, is free. A Plus plan adds AI-driven reviews, advanced accounts payable tools and additional accounting-system integrations for a monthly per-user fee, while an Enterprise plan with custom pricing adds integrations such as Workday and Oracle along with dedicated support.
