Granola is an AI notepad built for people who spend their day in back-to-back meetings. It is aimed at busy professionals in fast-moving teams, and the site points to customers such as PostHog, Intercom, Figma, Brex and Linear as examples of the kind of users it targets.
Rather than sending a bot into a call, Granola records a user's computer audio directly during Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and other video calls while the person stays present in the conversation. Before a meeting it prepares a brief drawing on the calendar and earlier discussion history, and afterward it turns any rough notes a user typed during the call into a structured summary with action items and drafts for follow-up emails. The notes are private by default but can be shared, and the product is also available as iPhone and Android apps, on Apple Watch, and through a Granola MCP Connector that lets other AI tools use meeting content.
Granola offers a free plan with unlimited meeting notes, though notes older than thirty days require an upgrade to keep viewing them.
