Cal.com is an open-source scheduling platform for booking appointments and meetings, built to be customizable enough for individuals and businesses to use directly or for developers to build their own scheduling tools on top of. It serves individuals, small businesses, sales teams, healthcare providers, customer support departments and larger enterprise organizations.
A user connects a calendar, sets availability windows with buffers and limits, and shares a short, customizable booking link that visitors use to book time without creating double-bookings, while the system sends automated reminders and confirmations. Cal.com supports more than one hundred integrations, including Slack and Salesforce, offers round-robin scheduling to distribute meetings across a team, embeddable booking pages for websites, built-in video calling through Cal Video, and payment collection through Stripe. It supports more than sixty-five languages and states it is HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified, and because the underlying code is open source, developers can extend or self-host it.
A free tier covers unlimited event types, workflow automation, Stripe payments and Cal Video. A Teams plan costs $16 per user per month and adds round-robin scheduling and shared availability, an Organizations plan costs $37 per user per month and adds admin controls and centralized management, and an Enterprise plan with custom pricing adds priority support and a dedicated database.
