Headgent is a studio that builds brand identity and digital products together for technology companies, combining brand strategy, design, and software engineering under one roof instead of treating them as separate projects. It works with what it calls visionary teams that need a cohesive brand and a working product built together, staffed with senior strategists, engineers, and designers rather than junior staff.
Work is organized into four fixed programs: Brand, a four-week engagement covering logo, identity, and website; Build, which adds product design and software development for a brand that already exists; Transform, which runs brand and product work together over eight to ten weeks; and Partner, an ongoing monthly retainer for continued brand and product work that can be paused or canceled. The studio has also built its own product, Jardis, using this combined approach, and argues that while AI can now turn an idea into a logo or a website in minutes, judgment about what to build, and what not to build, still requires senior people.
Pricing is fixed and published upfront rather than quoted case by case: the Brand program costs 8,000 euros, Build starts at 22,000 euros, Transform starts at 30,000 euros, and the Partner retainer begins at 2,500 euros a month. There is no free tier or trial.
