Dust is a platform for building AI agents that draw on a company's own knowledge, tools, and teams, designed so people and agents can collaborate on everyday work rather than having employees use a generic chatbot. It is built for what the company calls AI Operators, people inside departments like sales, customer support, engineering, marketing, and data teams who build and run agents for their colleagues. Thousands of organizations, including Datadog, Clay, 1Password, and Vanta, use the platform.
Agents on Dust can connect to more than 70 systems, including Slack, Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, Salesforce, and Zendesk, and can be built on more than 20 frontier and open-source models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Mistral. The platform separates what an agent is allowed to access from who is allowed to use it, and adds permission controls, audit logs, and usage analytics for oversight; it is SOC 2 Type II certified and offers data residency options for enterprise customers. Hundreds of thousands of agents have been deployed on it to date.
Dust offers a free trial to start building agents, and paid plans are based on shared workspace credits with volume pricing for larger organizations; specific plan prices are not published on the site.
