Zapper was a web3 portfolio tracker that let crypto users see their decentralized finance positions, NFTs and onchain activity across many blockchains in one dashboard. It served crypto holders, traders and DeFi participants who spread assets across multiple protocols and chains and wanted a single, non-custodial view of everything they held.
A user connected a wallet to Zapper without handing over custody of funds, and the dashboard pulled in balances, debts, liquidity pool positions, staking, claimable rewards and yield-farming activity, alongside NFT holdings and an activity feed that turned raw onchain events into readable descriptions. The product was available on the web and as a mobile app. After close to seven years, co-founder Seb Audet announced in July 2026 that Zapper would wind down as revenue declined, competition intensified and infrastructure costs weighed on the business; the service stopped operating in early August 2026.
While it operated, Zapper was free to use, with no subscription required to track a portfolio.
