Job seekers get a searchable board of startup roles, a built-in salary calculator, and resources aimed at remote work, while a built-in applicant tracking system lets companies manage the whole pipeline in one place.
Creating a profile and applying to jobs is always free for candidates, and companies can post unlimited jobs and use the applicant tracking system at no cost; job promotion, Wellfound Reach, and Autopilot are paid add-ons on top of the free base product.
